• How do new releases work?

We announce new product launches a few days in advance on our social media channels (@BOSSA). Once available, we strive to keep our products in stock for several months. If a product is temporarily sold out, keep an eye on our website for restocks.

• The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

If an item is listed on our site, we plan to restock it in the future. Sign up for a notification to be the first to know when it’s back in stock.

Orders & Payments

• Can I cancel my order or modify my order before it ships?

Cancellation requests and address changes are time-sensitive. To ensure we can fulfill your request, please email us as soon as possible at info@basca.com

Our friendly customer service team is available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. While we can’t modify the contents of an order once placed, we’re happy to guide you through returns or exchanges after you receive your items.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All prices are stated in EUR.

RETURNS

• What is your return policy?

We want you to love your BASCA! That’s why we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Here’s a breakdown:

Eligible Items:

  • Full-priced items purchased on baggu.com or in a BASCA store
  • Unused items (unworn for apparel)
  • Items within 30 days of purchase

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Final sale, not eligible for return or exchange
  • Purchases from Social Media: Eligible for store credit only, not refunds

Return Fees:

  • Most Returns: A €4.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • In-Store Returns & Exchanges: No restocking fee!

Please note:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs on international returns.
  • We cannot cover additional duties or fees charged for international returns.

• What is your exchange policy?

We understand that sometimes you might need a different size or color. While we currently don’t offer direct exchanges for international orders, we offer a smooth return process for you:

  1. Initiate a Return: Simply return the item you don’t want by following our return instructions (link can be added here).
  2. Choose Your Option:

Store Credit: Opt for online store credit to use towards a future purchase on baggu.com. This allows you to grab the perfect size or color without placing a new order right away.

Refund: You’ll receive a full refund for the returned item once it arrives at our warehouse.
